• Active in the university broadcasting club, she began event hosting after participating in a DJ contest. As head of the entertainment division and public relations officer, she directly negotiated with top-tier companies to secure sponsorships for club events.
• After participating in the "World Sports Fair," a Golden Week sports event hosted by Fuji TV, her interest in television media grew. She passed the audition for the 7th generation of Nippon TV Event Companions, going on to work as a program assistant, reporter, and PR assistant for Nippon TV. (Fellow alumni include Ayako Kisa, Junko Kubo, and Akiko Sasaki, among others.)
• Through a personal introduction, she began working as an election campaign announcer (Uguisu-jo) for a local House of Representatives candidate. This led to further roles in prefectural and city council campaigns, expanding her local network.

DC Card Co., Ltd. (Currently Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS Co., Ltd.)

Joined the company after graduating from university. Over three years, she worked across sales, public relations, sales strategy, and new employee training. In sales, she secured the department's first major contract—a milestone that deepened her appreciation for the role. However, as her weekend event hosting became increasingly demanding, and encouraged by a mentor from her announcing school, she transitioned to Niigata Television Network 21 (UX).

Niigata Television Network 21 (UX)

Although hired for her potential, she started with zero on-camera experience—facing intense pressure and strict guidance from the outset. Despite these early challenges, she persisted with a firm determination to prove herself.

• Made her national debut appearing monthly alongside Kiyoko Suizenji as a reporter on "Wide! Scramble" (TV Asahi). A memorable clip of her being thrown from a dog sled in deep snow was later featured in a year-end special.
• Gained overseas reporting experience, including covering a Japan-China friendship marathon held under the midnight sun in Khabarovsk, Russia.

Television Kanagawa Inc. (tvk) (January 1998 – March 2005)

• Joined during a landmark year for Kanagawa sports, covering Yokohama High School's consecutive spring and summer championship victories (including interviews with pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka) and the Yokohama BayStars' Japan Series championship, serving as both a special program MC and official team program MC.
• Her first assigned program was Kawasaki City's public relations show "Joho Takarajima Kawasaki," co-hosted with film director Shinya Yamamoto. His guidance on the mindset of an announcer became a lasting foundation for her career.
• Went on to serve as the Friday (later Wednesday and Friday) main caster for the popular daytime program "HAMA Daikoku," as well as hosting "tvk News 930," the official team program "BayStars Club," and High School Baseball News.
• From 2000, co-starred with automotive journalist Kazuhiko Mitsumoto as assistant on the long-running hit program "Shinsha Joho" (New Car Information).
• In 2001, appeared in a reporter role in the Godzilla film "Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack," in cooperation with the Yokohama Film Commission.

Freelance & Business Caster (2005 – Present)

In March 2005, marking her 10th year as a network announcer, she left tvk following the conclusion of "Shinsha Joho" to become a freelancer, joining S.O. Promotion Co., Ltd.

• Served as MC of Nomura Securities' talk program "Nomura's Free School," conducting conversations with celebrities and prominent public figures.
• Covered "Nittele G+ News" and other programs, gaining firsthand experience of the journalism industry.
• Conducted numerous executive interviews as Wednesday assistant with Katsuya Konishi on "INsideOUT" (BS11), on "Mickey Yasukawa's Shinken Shobu!" (BS Asahi), and as navigator for J:COM's "Business View."
• In 2007, passed the audition for "Ohmae Kenichi Live" and was appointed as caster. She appeared in numerous business programs on Business Breakthrough (currently Business Breakthrough Ch, operated by Aoba-BBT, Inc.), and joined overseas business inspection tours led by Kenichi Ohmae—networking with nearly 100 executives annually.
• Contracted by a robotics venture company to provide robot-related voice services and event hosting.

New Challenges and Independence (2020 – Present)

• From 2020, serves as the main caster for the YouTube channel "Income Improvement Committee" operated by Income Up Co., Ltd., and as main caster for financial education courses.
• In 2023, became independent from S.O. Promotion Co., Ltd., founded A-Squared LLC, and assumed the role of Representative Member (CEO).
